We ship across all major cities and towns in India. If your area is non-serviceable, we will inform you before dispatch.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Metro cities: 2–4 days
  • Rural/remote areas: 5–9 days (depending on location)

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499
  • ₹49 flat shipping fee on orders below ₹499

5. Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure fast and safe delivery.

6. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are sent via SMS/email after dispatch
  • You can also track your order via the link on our website or order confirmation email

7. Packaging & Hygiene

  • Snacks are packed in air-tight, food-grade material
  • All items are sealed and packaged hygienically to ensure freshness and safety during transit

8. Delayed Deliveries

  • Delivery delays may happen due to weather, holidays, courier issues, or strikes
  • If your order is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact us for support

9. Delivery Attempts

  • Couriers usually make 2–3 delivery attempts
  • If you are unavailable, please coordinate with the delivery partner or contact us to reschedule

10. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order is delivered in damaged condition or items are missing, report within 24 hours with photos
  • We will resolve the issue with a refund or replacement as per our refund policy

11. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures caused due to incorrect or incomplete information
