At Viksit Snacks, we strive to deliver high-quality, fresh, and authentic Indian snacks to your doorstep. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and this policy outlines our approach to cancellations and refunds.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:
    You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or shipped.
    To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via:

  • After Dispatch:
    Once the order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, expired, or wrong item.

  • Your order was incomplete or not delivered due to our error.

To be eligible:

  • Raise a request within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • Provide clear photo proof of the issue via email or WhatsApp


3. Refund Process

If your claim is approved, you can choose:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A full/partial refund (as applicable)

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after dispatch

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier partners or weather conditions

  • Opened or consumed products
